Cooking food here is a passion not a job. Wally’s first jobs where in Food services everything from pot-washer, cook, waiter, barman and saucier. Then still in his 20’s Wally spend over 30 years in the construction industry. In 2020 after a little soul searching, he went back to his true love and passion cooking. Wally built his Food Truck and established Chez Wally’s in 2021.
